Besides four Intel-powered laptops, Acer has released the Aspire 5253 budget-class 15.6-inch notebook, featuring the latest AMD E-350 Fusion APU that integrates both dual-core CPU and Radeon 6310 graphics on a single die.
Starting at $449.99, the Acer Aspire 5253 (AS5253) comes with up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 320GB of hard drive space, LED display backlight, webcam, HDMI output, 802.11n Wi-Fi, and Windows 7 Home Premium OS.
The Acer Aspire 5253 series will be available in the U.S. at select retailers beginning January 9.
