AMDAMD has cut the prices of its laptop-use Turion 64 X2 and Mobile Sempron processors. AMD also added 3600+ processor at 2.0GHz with 256MB L2 cache to its Mobile Sempron CPU line.

The prices of the dual core 64-bit Turion 64 X2 mobile processors had been reduced for between 16.3 percent and 25.7 percent. The range of the price cuts in budget Mobile Sempron line is between 19.6 and 35.8 percent. The new Sempron 3600+ is priced at $134.

Also, certain AMD’s desktop processors are now cheaper.
