Rumor: Apple Tablet Coming in February

Apple is going to launch its first tablet computer in February 2010, according to rumors.

Taiwanese Economic News reports that three companies claim to have won contracts to supply some parts for the Apple tablet, which will reportedly feature a 9.6-inch touch-sensitive display, a built-in mobile broadband module, a P.A. Semi-engeneered processor, and a long lasting battery.

Apple’s tablet is expected to cost from $799 to $999.
