Asus today announced that its digital entertainment notebooks, including the A7S, G2S and W2W series, will feature Fujitsu MHX2300BT, the world’s first laptop-use 300-gigabyte 2.5-inch SATA hard drive.
“The Asus notebooks incorporated with Fujitsu 2.5†SATA 300GB provide the highest storage capacity available in 2.5†hard disk drives, offering the capacity needed to store terrestrial broadcasting digital TV contents. In addition, the MHX2300BT series operates with a low power consumption of 1.6W, minimum noise level and high shock tolerance,” according to PC maker.
