Asus M60JAsustek has published details of the Asus M60J 16-inch entertainment laptop, based on the new Intel Core i7 Mobile processor.

The M60J features the Intel Core i7 720QM 1.6GHz or 820QM 1.73GHz CPU, the NVIDIA GeForce GT240M 1GB dedicated video card, up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, up to 1TB of hard drive space using two HDDs, and a DVD burner or Blu-ray combo drive.

The notebook’s display has a resolution of 1366×768 pixels.

The Asus M60J also sports a 2MP web camera, stereo speakers, 802.11n wireless, Bluetooth in select models, a Gigabit LAN port, HDMI and VGA outputs, four USB ports, an eSATA port, an ExpressCard slot, a 4-in-1 media card reader, and a fingerprint reader.

Another feature is the AI TouchMedia, a one-touch multimedia center with an intuitive control panel that combines both hardware and software interface to control videos, photographs, music, and various other forms of multimedia.

The M60J runs Windows Vista OS.

We have no info on pricing and availability date.

The company is also expected to release the 16-inch G60J and 15.6-inch G51J gaming laptops, both with the Intel Core i7 CPUs.
