Asus Offers Notebook Accidental Damage Warranty for Free

ASUS Notebook Accidental Damage WarrantyASUS has announced it offers the one year Notebook Accidental Damage Warranty (ADW) Program free of charge for US and Canadian users. The warranty covers accidental damages such as drops, spills, fire, or electrical surges and is limited to ASUS-branded models.

“Whether you drop your ASUS notebook computer or spill coffee on your notebook keyboard, you’re now covered. And you will always enjoy the convenience of assistance 24/7 from ASUS technical representatives,” the computer maker says.

The offer is valid for laptop purchases on or after September 10th, 2007.

The free accidental damage warranty is not applicable to the company’s other brands such as “Built on ASUS,” “ASMobile,” and “Powered by ASUS,” as well as to the Eee PC, and select Asus notebook SKUs.
