Averatec announced the expansion of its Ultra-Portable laptop line with the introduction of the Averatec 1100 Series.
Averatec’s lightest laptop offering, the 1100 Series weighs in at only 3.4 pounds. The ultra-portable notebook has an attractive black exterior and streamlined, one inch-thin, small profile. With a 10.6-inch WXGA wide screen with unique AveraBrite technology, Averatec’s 1100 Series offers a brighter, more brilliant screen for crystal-clear viewing even outdoors. With all this technology packed into such a small package, the Averatec 1100 Series is still able to provide up to five hours of battery life with its advanced lithium ion battery.
The Averatec 1100 notebook computer features Intel Centrino Mobile Technology powered by an Intel Pentium M processor Ultra Low Voltage 733. Designed for users requiring advanced mobility, Averatec’s 1100 notebook features a high-speed Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection supporting 802.11b/g wireless connectivity. The notebook also features a built-in dual-layer DVD burner.
