Averatec 4155New Averatec 4155, small and lightweight laptop / notebook from 4100 series, is now available.

BIOS: The Quality Tech Guide
Averatec has added to its range of stylish, colour-coordinated, slimline laptops with the 13.3-inch widescreen 4155. It has a striking dark blue cover but in stark contrast, the interior is brilliant white.

Powered by AveraBrite technology, the WXGA (1280×800 pixels) screen promises excellent brightness and sharp contrast, delivering a perfect image in all conditions from a dull room to bright sunlight.

The 4155 is the first Averatec laptop powered by AMD’s Turion MT 30 processor (1.6GHz, 1MB L2 cache) with 512MB RAM, providing high performance with minimal power consumption making it ideally suited for both home and business use. It also offers an 80GB hard disk drive, wireless LAN, FireWire and USB 2.0.

Averatec 4155 looks like the ideal travelling companion. Only a tad wider (316×224x31mm, 2kg) than a standard 12.1-inch laptop, the system boasts a full-sized keyboard, with keys spaced 19mm apart for easy typing while on the move. AveraBrite technology claims images with a luminance of 250cd/m2 - up to 50 per cent brighter than conventional laptop screens.
