Mainstream 14″, 15″, 16″, 17″ Cyber Monday Laptop Deals 2011
Cheap full size laptops with built-in DVD burners are everywhere. Almost every manufacturer has in its offerings affordable standard notebooks for everyday use, usually based on lower-end AMD and Intel processors, such as AMD E-series or Intel Celeron or Pentium. If you add to that instant savings, you get offers that you can’t afford to miss with prices starting at below $350. Our experience is that Cyber Monday you can get a laptop for as low as $200, but these sell out very fast. The cheapest consumer laptops in general belong to HP G series, Dell Inspiron, Acer Aspire 5000 series, Toshiba Satellite C and L lines, Lenovo G and Asus K series, or Gateway and eMachines laptops.
For a higher performance in the same form factors, take a look at mainstream laptops with an AMD A6 or A8 series quad-core processor and “discrete-class” integrated graphics, but yet affordable price of around $600. Even better, Intel i7-2630QM quad-core-based machines with real dedicated video cards are below $1,000. More precisely, about $900 and up. The higher-end mainstream laptop series examples are HP Pavilion and Envy, Dell XPS, Toshiba P series, Lenovo ThinkPad and IdeaPad lines, Sony VAIO F, Asus N, and others.

Full-blown laptop rigs for the gamers on-the-go start at about $1,150 for models with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 560M (or an AMD equivalent) video card and the Intel i7-2630QM CPU. Gaming laptops nowadays have at least 6GB of RAM and usually come with full HD displays in 17.3 and 15.6-inch form factors. On the higher-end gaming side, you can have GTX 570M-based systems by Alienware, Asus, MSI, and others for below $2,000. It is much, but keep in mind that these can be priced at $3,000, $4000 or even more, depending on configuration.

11-, 12-, and 13-Inch Ultraportable, Thin & Light Laptop Deals
It’s good that Apple has recently released the refreshed MacBook Air and Pro models, so you can get their older but still good 11.6 and 13.3 inch laptops for less money than prior to the upgrade. Both these and brand new Windows/Intel thin ultrabooks by Asus and Acer start at below $1,000.

Cyber Monday Netbook Sales 2011
Netbooks are loosing their market share because of tablets’ rise. But that’s not a bad thing, because netbook lovers can get their 10.1-inchers at a lower price thanks to their touch-screen competitors. You can get an Asus Eee PC or Acer Aspire One netbook for $250 and up, while HP Mini and Dell Mini series are a little bit more expensive. The cheapest netbook this Cyber Monday is a Gateway for $150 at Best Buy.

Cyber Monday Tablet PC Sales
Emerging and innovative mobile computing categories don’t have to be expensive. Tablet computers are the proof. Multi-touch screens, fast processors, and a full range of features like GPS and HDMI can be found in $200 Android tablets by Lenovo, ViewSonic, other computer makers and of course Amazon. Its Kindle Fire is set to become a big hit this holiday season. If $200 is too much for you, you can grab a tablet for only $100 (like Coby Kyros), but without multi-touch support and with very limited features.
You can also choose Windows-based tablets, which are by default more expensive.
