The Italian design firm V12 has recently introduced its Canovo dual-screen notebook/tablet concept, which features two display units.
One of these touch-screens can be used as an additional display, but also as a fully functional and customizable keyboard. Currently, there are no working sample and specifications of this concept computer.
“V12 design has developed the concept and the design of the Canova Notebook nearly two years ago. The project captured the attention of a European computer manufacturer and together with its Taiwanese sister company, they started the development of the electronics. The complexity of the fully custom made electronic components has slowed down the development of the product as a whole, ” managing director of V12 Design Valerio Cometti said.
The similar concept notebook, the LG e-Book, received a Red Dot Award nomination for “Best Concept Design” last year.
