Lenovo has put on sale this week the ThinkPad X130e, a 11.6-inch ruggedized ultraportable for the education market. Aimed at K-12 students, the ThinkPad X130e has a durable chassis with a top cover rubber bumper, spill-resistant keyboard, and strengthened corners, hinges, and screen bezel. The laptop is available with AMD or Intel processors with their integrated graphics.

Lenovo’s 14-inch ThinkPad Edge S430 is a 0.8 inches thin laptop for small and medium businesses. It balances between business and home use. The ThinkPad Edge s430 comes with an optional Nvidia dedicated GPU with Optimus graphics switching, the Intel Core processors (Ivy Brdige we assume), and up to 1TB of storage. The Lenovo ThinkPad S430 laptop price starts at $749 and will be available in June in some markets.

Lenovo oficially released today the Lenovo ThinkPad X130e, a 11.6″ ruggedized laptop for students.
The ThinkPad X130e is powered by either AMD Fusion E-300 and E-450 or Intel Core i3-2637M ULV processors, with integrated AMD Radeon and Intel HD graphics, respectively. It supports up to 8GB of RAM and will ship with hard or solid state drives with Windows 7 pre-loaded.
