Compaq Presario CQ60ZHewlett-Packard launched today the Compaq Presario CQ60Z, a configurable 15.6-inch laptop for budget minded users.

Starting at $469.99 after instant savings, the Presario CQ60Z comes with the AMD Sempron, Athlon, and Turion processors, the NVIDIA GeForce 8200M G graphics, up to 4GB of DDR2 memory, up to 400GB of hard drive space, and a DVD burner. The display has a 16:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1366×768 pixels.

Regarding connectivity, the CQ60Z features a Wireless-G card, optional Bluetooth, Ethernet LAN port, and a 56k modem.

There are also an optional web camera, Altec Lansing stereo speakers, HDMI and VGA outputs, three USB ports, a memory card reader, and a numeric pad on the right of the keyboard.

The laptop weighs 6.52 pounds with a 6-cell battery and runs Windows Vista OS.

I have the older generation Compaq and it’s taken a LOT of abuse from me and kept on ticking.Definitively would recommend something like this for this price. It’s not super powerful, but its really cool with its price.
