Corsair has announced the addition of the Reactor Series and Nova Series to its family of solid-state drives (SSDs), both featuring laptop-use 2.5-inch form factor.
The Reactor Series includes 60GB and 120GB drive capacities. The 120GB Reactor Series SSD delivers speeds of up to 250MB/s read and 170MB/s write, while the 60GB Reactor features speeds up to 250MB/s read and 110 MB/s write.
The Nova Series is offered in drive sizes of 64GB and 128GB. The 128GB Nova SSD reads up to 270MB/second read and writes up to 190MB/second, while the 64GB unit reads up to 270MB/s and writes up to 130MB/s.
Update: The 60GB Reactor is priced at $166 (Amazon), whereas the 120GB version costs $324 (Newegg). The Nova 60GB is $191 (Amazon), while the 128GB unit is priced at $381 (eCost).
