Dell Inspiron E1405 low-cost laptop with the latest Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile (Merom) processor is now available at Dell’s store. The 14-inch screen E1405 notebook PC can be configured with Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 CPU (1.66GHz, 2MB cache), Core 2 Duo T7200 (2GHz, 4MB cache), or T7400 (2.16GHz, 4MB cache) processor.
The cheapest Core 2 Duo E1405 costs $779 after $100 instant off, and it comes with T5500 processor.
Other Dell Inspiron’s E1505 features are memory up to 2GB of DDR2 SDRAM, a SATA hard drive with from 60GB to 100GB capacity or 120GB PATA hard disc. You can choose between Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, ATI MOBILITY RADEON X1300 with 128MB of video memory, RADEON X1400 with 256MB or NVIDIA GeForce Go 7300 with 256MB memory. Besides support for 802.11b and 802.11g wireless networks, the E1505 also incorporates the next generation 802.11n standard with “5X the speed and twice the range of 11g”, as same as Bluetooth option. It comes with a CD burner/DVD combo drive or a DVD burner.
The Dell Inspiron E1405 can be also configured with Intel Core Duo Mobile (Yonah) processor.
