Dell to Release Quad Core Precision Laptop

Dell is going to release this fall a 17-inch Precision mobile workstation that features a quad core processor and support for 16GB of system memory, according to a promotional video.

The desktop replacement laptop includes a graphics solution with 1GB of video memory and up to two hard drives providing up to 1TB of storage in total.

There is also “a number of unidentified media slots” and an integrated jog shuttle controller.
