Along with the Alienware M15x, Dell has refreshed another two laptops which are now equipped with the Intel Core i7 mobile processor.
These are the multimedia-oriented 15.6-inch Dell Studio 15 and the 17.3-inch Studio 17, both available with the Intel Core i7 720QM 1.6GHz or $350 pricier Core i7 820QM 1.73GHz. The laptops use ATI Mobility Radeon dedicated video cards.
Preliminary ship dates for the Core i7-powered Studio 15 and Studio 17 are 10/14/2009 and 10/28/2009 respectively.
Dell has also announced the Core i7 option for the Studio XPS 16 notebook, but we were not able to find the choice on the Dell.com website at the time of this writing.
