Your right about everything except for the “after rebates part”. They never said 449 after rebates, they said 449 during small business savings. So it will be a subtotal 449 plus tax for a while. No rebates.
Dell is running a Small Business special right now. Vostro 1000 with AMD Athlon 64 X2 TK-53 (1.7GHz/512KB), 1 gig ram, 120 gig HD, and DVD burner for $399 with free shipping.
