After the recently announced shipment delays, Dell Inc. has published it expect to begin large-scale production and to ship Dell XPS M1330 laptop PCs in all regions beginning this week.
However, there are some components like an optional “slim and light” LED backlight display that may add time to an estimated ship date, according to post at Dell’s official blog.
The PC maker reminds the users who have already purchased the XPS M1330 can monitor the progress of their orders by checking “My Order Status” on Dell.com.
For the new M1330 buyers, the laptop’s configuration page says the preliminary ship date is August 21st 2007.
Dell XPS M1330 13.3-inch laptop, which is based on Intel “Santa Rosa” platform, became available for purchase last month, but it was promptly sold out.
shipment has been postponed again (at least for europe), I doubt that there is large-scale production going on.
