The first specifications of the Dell Alienware M18x R2 gaming notebook with an 18.4″ display have emerged.
It was previously revealed that the M18x R2 exists on Dell’s roadmap and that it will come in black or red color, but now we have leaked specs including Intel Ivy Bridge processors and AMD and Nvidia 2012 graphics cards.
Dell Lab blog, whose Dell laptop leaks turn out to be true in previous cases, reports the second generation 18.4-incher will have a full HD glossy display, 3rd Gen quad-core Intel Ivy Bridge i7-3610QM, 3720QM, and 3820QM, and up to two AMD Radeon HD 7970M or Nvidia GeForce GTX 675 GPUs, with GeForce GTX 660M available as a basic choice.
The Alienware M18x will ship with hard drive and solid state drive options, providing maximal 750GB and 512GB capacity, respectively, as well as up to 8GB of RAM.
Pricing and availability are still unknown.
