The Fujitsu LifeBook A6120 15.4-inch desktop replacement laptop with the new Intel Core 2 Duo “Penryn” 45nm processor is now available for purchase.
Along with the Core 2 Duo “Penryn” T8100 CPU at 2.1GHz or T8300 at 2.4GHz, the LifeBook A6120 features 3GB of DDR2 system memory – expandable to 4GB, up to 300GB hard drive, a DVD burner, and the integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100, managing the notebook’s 1280×800 display.
The LifeBook A6120 includes optional 1GB Intel Turbo Memory, integrated 1.3-megapixel web camera, fingerprint reader, and Bluetooth, as well as the Atheros Super AG or Intel 4965AGN wireless module, Gigabit Ethernet connection, and a 56k modem. This laptop has five USB ports, both ExpressCard and PC Card slot, VGA and S-Video outputs, a Firewire port, and a 4-in-1 media card reader.
The notebook weighs 6.6 pounds with a 6-cell battery, which provides up to 2.45 hours of battery life, and runs Windows Vista operating system.
The Fujitsu LifeBook A6120 starts at $1,249, after $50 mail-in rebate.
