BestBuy Offers $299 Gateway ML6230 Laptop

BestBuy is offering today the Gateway ML6230 15.4-inch notebook for only $299 after instant savings, according to the advertisement in newspaper circulars.

There are only ten ML6230 laptops per store, and only one can be purchased by a household.

The Gateway ML6230 features the Intel Celeron M 520 processor at 1.6GHz, the integrated Intel GMA 950 graphics, 512MB of DDR2 system memory, a 80GB hard drive, and a DVD burner, as well as 802.11b/g wireless, Ethernet LAN, and a 56K modem. It also has four USB ports, a PCMCIA card slot, a 4-in-1 media card reader, a Firewire port, and a S-Video output.

The 6.2-pound Gateway ML6230 comes with Windows Vista Home Basic operating system.

This notebook is not available through BestBuy’s online store, but you can purchase a $399.99 Toshiba laptop with similar specifications.
