Hewlett Packard has recently unveiled the HP Mini 1101, a new 10.1-inch netbook for business users.
The Mini 1101, based on Intel’s Atom N270 1.6GHz CPU and 945GSE chipset, comes with 1GB or 2GB of DDR2 memory, up to 250GB of hard drive space or a 32GB solid state drive, and a 3- or 6-cell battery. The netbook with Windows XP Home preinstalled supports up to 1GB of RAM, whereas Windows Vista Business-based systems support up to 2GB.
Its 10.1″ LED backlight anti-glare display has a resolution of 1024×576 pixels.
HP’s Mini 1101 sports a 92% full size keyboard, stereo speakers, a webcam, 802.11b/g WiFi, an LAN port, optional mobile broadband connection, three USB ports, a 5-in-1 media card reader, and a VGA output.
It starts at 2.33 pounds with the optional SSD and 2.57 pounds with the standard HDD.
The Mini 1101 has a base price $329.
