HP Pavilion dv4i with Core i5 Released

HP Pavilion dv4iHewlett-Packard has released the HP Pavilion dv4i, a 14.1-inch consumer laptop with the latest Intel Core i5 processor.

Along with the Core i5-520M or i5-540M with integrated graphics on the CPU, the Pavilion dv4i features up to 8GB of DDR3 memory, up to 500GB of hard drive space, optional ATI Radeon 4550 512MB dedicated graphics, and a DVD burner or Blu-ray combo drive.

The display resolution is 1280×800 pixels.

HP’s dv4i also sports an optionally built-in HDTV tuner, web camera and microphone, stereo speakers, 802.11n WiFi, Ethernet LAN, optional mobile broadband connection, optional Bluetooth, an optional 56K modem, three USB ports (3rd shared with eSATA port), an ExpressCard slot, a 5-in-1 media card reader, and an optional fingerprint reader.

The 5.2-pound notebook runs Windows 7 Home Premium or Professional an comes in Espresso Black or Moonlight White color.
