eCost now lists a HP laptop with the upcoming Intel Core i3 mobile processor.
The retailer’s product page says the HP Pavilion dv6-2157sb features the Intel Core i3-330m 2.13GHz CPU, Intel integrated graphics, 4GB of DDR3 RAM, a 320GB hard drive, a DVD burner, and Windows 7 Professional 64-bit OS.
It is priced at $920, but there’s no info on availability date.
The Core i3 “Arrandale” processors feature a dual-core CPU, HD-capable graphics processor, and a memory controller on a single die. The new chips are scheduled for release in early January 2010.
