Interlink introduced an ExpressCard Bluetooth Media Remote Control, which enables laptop users to control its media and entertainment software from distance of up to 30 feet.
ExpressCard Media Remote for Bluetooth uses standard media keys to enable channel and volume control, menu navigation, item selectionand transport control for DVD/CD, audio and video within entertainment software, such as Windows Media Player, iTunes, Real Player, WinAmp and other.
The system requirements for the remote are a laptop with Windows XP Home, Media Center or Professional Edition, an ExpressCard/54 slot, for remote controller storing and recharging, and a Bluetooth receiver.
ExpressCard Media Remote for Bluetooth is initially available on-line at www.interlinkelectronics.com and at www.dell.com with suggested price of $50 USD.
