Lenovo announced today three new laptops for consumers – the 16-inch IdeaPad Y650, the 15.6-inch Y550, and 14-inch Y450.
Along with 16:9 format glossy widescreen displays and a new “super-slim” design, the latest IdeaPads feature Intel’s processors, optional NVIDIA graphics chips, up to 500GB of hard drive storage space, up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, DVD burners, WiFi, and optional Bluetooth.
The notebooks also feature Dolby Home Theater surround sound, web cameras, and multi-touch touchpads.
Lenovo’s IdeaPad Y650, Y550, and Y450 will be available beginning in March. Manufacturer suggested retail pricing (MSRP) starts at $1,199 for the Y650, and $829 for the Y550 and Y450.
