LG Electronics’ LGX130 10.1-inch netbook is now available in the United States at SelectGSM.com.
Along with the 1024×600 LED-backlight display, the 3.2 pound LGX130 features the Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz CPU, 1GB of DDR2 memory, a 160GB hard drive, and a 9-cell battery. LG’s netbook runs Windows XP Home OS and Smart On instant-on operating system that provides quick access to basic functions, such as web browsing or e-mail.
According to SelectGSM, the LG X130 looks very similar to the X120, with the major difference being the 9-cell battery that is not available on the X120.
Regarding Internet and networking, the X130 comes standard with 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, and Ethernet LAN. It optionally supports built-in 3G connectivity.
Also included are a 1.3MP web camera, stereo speakers, three USB ports, a 4-in-1 media card slot, and a VGA output.
The LGX130 is priced at $600 and is available in three colors: black (X130-L78BK), white (X130-L78WK), and pink (X130-L78PK).
