MALIBAL LLC today announced the release of its new Veda Series line of notebook PCs featuring 20.1-inch widescreen display, two hard drive bays, dual graphics card capabilities with NVIDIA SLI technology and AMD’s dual-core processor.
MALIBAL Veda’s screen provides 1680 x 1050 resolution. This workstation / gaming notebook PC comes with AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile CPU and with up to 4GB of DDR2 memory. You can choose between single or dual NVIDIA Quadro FX Go 2500M 512MB and single or dual GeForce Go 7950 GTX 512MB video cards. The Veda’s two hard drive bays provide up to 400GB of storage capacity and RAID 0/1 modes.
MALIBAL’s new laptop has dual layer DVD burner, internal 802.11G Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet, 56k modem, built-In CMOS 1.3MP camera, integrated TV-tuner with remote control, PC Card slot and 7-in-1 card reader. There are also five USB 2.0 ports, Infrared, as well as DVI out, S-Video jack for TV-In and S-Video jack for TV Output.
The complete selection of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit, is available when purchasing Veda.
The baseline MALIBAL Veda configuration has a starting price of $2799.
