Panasonic has announced recently upgrades to its Toughbook 52 15.4-inch semi-rugged laptop. The Toughbook 52 (CF-52) now uses the Intel Core i5 processor, the ATI Radeon HD 5650 dedicated graphics, and support for up to 8GB of RAM.
The upgraded Toughbook also has new embedded wireless options, including Gobi 2000 mobile broadband technology with GPS, the latest Intel Wi-Fi chipset and Bluetooth 2.1.
The Toughbook 52 features a magnesium alloy case and is drop and spill-resistant.
