The Samsung NC20, a 12.1-inch netbook based on VIA’s Nano processor, is now available in the United States.
Newegg sells the 3.3-pound NC20-21GBK black model with 1GB of DDR2 memory, a 160GB hard drive with Windows XP Home preloaded, the VIA Chrome9 HC3 integrated graphics, and a 6-cell battery. The VIA Nano U2250 CPU runs at 1.3GHz, while the display has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.
The Samsung NC20-21GBK also includes a standard-sized laptop keyboard, a 1.3-megapixel web camera, stereo speakers, 802.11b/g wireless LAN, Bluetooth, an Ethernet port, three USB ports, a VGA output, and a 3-in-1 media card reader.
The netbook is priced at $549.99.
