Samsung’s recently released R580 15.6-inch mainstream laptop for consumers is now available.
The Samsung NP-R580-JSB1US offered at Best Buy features the Intel Core i5-430M 2.26GHz processor, NVIDIA GeForce GT310M 512MB dedicated video card, 4GB of DDR3 memory, a 500GB HDD, and a Blu-ray combo drive.
Its LED-backlit display has a resolution of 1366×768 pixels.
The NP-R580-JSB1US also includes a built-in web camera, stereo speakers, 802.11n WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet, four USB ports, a 3-in-1 media card reader, and HDMI and VGA video outputs.
The 5.7lbs notebook comes with a 6-cell battery and has the “Touch of Color” red-black gradation finish.
It runs Windows 7 Home Premium OS and is priced at $829.99.
