Sony has introduced the VAIO NS and CS multimedia notebooks with Blu-ray Disc Combo drives in select models.
The VAIO NS features a 15.4-inch display, while the CS has a 14.1″ screen. The both laptops feature Intel Core 2 Duo processors and GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics.
Available in three colors - nightfall blue, silk white and granite silver - the NS will start at around $650, while the configuration with Blu-ray will go for about $1,000.
The VAIO CS will start at about $920, while the Blu-Ray model will go for around $1,070. It comes in four glossy colors - sangria, cosmopolitan, dove and black - as well as with a standard black matte finish.
The new Sony’s laptops will be available starting this fall.
