Lenovo Flex 5 15 (1570) 2-in-1 15.6″ Touch Laptop (FHD / UHD, Intel i3 / i5 / i7, Optional Nvidia 940MX)
The Lenovo Flex 5 15, sometimes also listed as Flex 5 1570, is a 15.6-inch convertible 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop PC with 360-degree display hinges. It’s a kind of a mainstream 2-in-1 Windows 10 notebook, as opposed to the high-end Lenovo Yoga 720 with powerful quad-core processors and fast Nvidia 1050 video card. However, the Flex 5 15 also has some attractive selling points like Full HD or optional Ultra HD IPS display, optional solid state drive storage, optional Nvidia 940MX lower-mid-range graphics, optional active digitizer pen and accompanying screen technology, and keyboard backlight.
The available processor options of the Flex 5 15 1570 are the widely used 7th Generation Intel Core i3-7100U, i5-7200U, and i7-7500U, all with dual CPU cores and Intel HD 620 integrated graphics. These chips are all excellent choices for the daily computing tasks, while some more demanding professionals might need power of the quad-core Intel Core series chips. If you’re not satisfied with basic performance of the Intel HD 620 graphics, you can choose a configuration with the Nvidia 940MX 2GB card. The notebook offers well-sized system memory of 8 or 16 Gigabytes. Data storage options are robust, too. Besides the standard 1-Terabyte hard drive, you can get 256 or 512 GB of fast solid state drive storage, as well as both 1TB HDD and 512GB SSD combined.
