Toshiba today announced the Portege R400 tablet, “the signature Windows Vista PC”, at CES 2007. Among significant inovations incorporated in Portege R400, there are the secondary Edge Display, the main LED backlit 12.1-inch screen and a patent pending elevated rotational hinge. The Toshiba Wireless Port Replicator is also introduced.
According to the company, the technology incorporated in Toshiba Portege R400 helps ensure accurate and timely information is available to the user whether the system is on or in suspend mode.
