Toshiba Satellite A105-S4344 with Core 2 Duo Announced

Toshiba Satellite A105-S4344, featuring Intel Core 2 Duo (Merom) processor T5500 (1.66GHz, 2MB L2, 667MHz FSB) and a new Onyx Blue Metallic color, is announced today. The new laptop in Toshiba’s Satellite 15.4-inch widescreen A105 series has 200GB SATA hard drive spinning at 4200rpm and 2048MB DDR2 SDRAM memory. Based on Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset, Toshiba Satellite A105-S4344 incorporates Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 with 8MB – 128MB dynamically allocated shared graphics memory and Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG (802.11a/b/g).

The notebook includes DVD Double Layer burner and harman/kardon stereo speakers.

Regarding ports and slots, Toshiba Satellite A105-S4344 has 5-in-1 Bridge Media Adapter (Secure Digital, Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, Multi Media Card, xD Picture Card), one PCMCIA TypeII/TypeI, ExpressCard and i.LINK IEEE-1394, 4 USB ports and TV-out (S Video). It also has 56K modem port and 10/100 LAN port.
