Toshiba claims it is 'The Ultimate Gaming Weapon&quot;, but the combination of Vista and this laptop mix poorly on games like Oblivion and FEAR Combat.  Toshiba will not take responsibility for the 'software' issues, so if you don't want substandard gaming performance steer clear of this unit - or you'll be looking for XP to install over Vista within 24 hours of purchasing one, or sitting it in a closet to wait for Vista to run 3d games to speed.</description>
