Toshiba announced today the Satellite T100 Series ultra-thin laptops, featuring Intel’s ultra-low voltage processors.
The first two T100 models are the 13.3-inch Toshiba Satellite T135 and the 11.6-inch T115. Along with the ULV CPUs, the notebooks include DDR3 memory, 250GB or larger hard drives, “up to 9 hours” of battery life with the 6-cell battery, built-in web cameras, HDMI outputs, and Windows 7 OS. The T135 and T115 do not have built-in optical drives.
The 3.88-pound Toshiba Satellite T135 starts from $600, while and 3.49-pound Satellite T115 starts from $450. Both laptops will be available on October 22, 2009 at major retailers, e-tailers and direct from Toshiba on toshibadirect.com.
