The offered configurations include 2×120GB and 2×160GB storage capacities. The laptop has a HD DVD player with CD and DVD writing capabilities. The HD DVD drive and notebook’s HDMI output with 1080i resolution provide high definition playback on external HD monitors and HDTVs.
For a cinema-like audio experience, Toshiba Satellite X205 notebook incorporates Dolby Home Theater, allowing surround sound from stereo and multichannel audio sources. This gaming mobile computer has four built-in Harman Kardon stereo speakers with subwoofer.
The X205 features Intel Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN (802.11a/g/n), Gigabit Ethernet, a modem, and Bluetooth, as well as built-in web camera and microphone.
It has six USB ports, an ExpressCard slot, a 5-in-1 media card reader, a Firewire port, and a fingerprint reader. Besides HDMI, the X205 provides VGA and S-Video outputs.
