Intel Core Ultra 7 155H Laptop Processor

The Intel Core Ultra 7 155H is a relatively fast processor you can find in the mainstream laptop PCs, including thin-and-light notebook models. It delivers a better-than-average performance for heavier duties like video and photo editing, besides excellent speed for the everyday home and office tasks.

The Core Ultra 7 155H started showing up in laptops in early 2024. It is an “upper” mid-range processor, because it is faster than the Ultra 5 125H from the same Intel Ultra H CPU family. It’s also faster than the widely used Intel Core U-series mid-rangers. On the other hand, the Core Ultra 7 155H is slower than the Core Ultra 9 185H from the same lineup, and especially the corresponding high-performance Intel Core i7-14700HX HX-series chips you can find in gaming laptops.

As for the previous generation Intel Core equivalents, the Core Ultra 7 155H is closest to the Core i7-1360P.

The differences in performance reflect the differences in the power consumption. The Ultra 7 155H and the i7-1360P sit in the middle of the range, with power consumption of 28 Watts. With the same Wattage, the Ultra 7 can provide more battery life than the i7, since it has additional two low-power efficient cores for handling light tasks more efficiently. The slower Intel Core U series consume 15 Watts, while the faster Core Ultra 9 H and Core i7 HX consume 45 and 55 Watts, respectively.

As for the graphics performance, the built-in Intel Arc is an entry-level graphics processing solution. It is suitable only for light PC games. But, it is better than the popular Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics processors of 2023, rebranded as the Intel Graphics in the 2024 CPUs.

Intel Core Ultra 7 155H CPU Benchmark

Here’s a benchmark comparison of the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H against other popular laptop processors:

Intel Core Ultra 7 155H Benchmark

Note: The benchmark scores of the listed processors are averages measured across various devices with these processors. The scores and real-world performance of the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H and compared CPUs may vary depending on the notebooks' other components, settings, cooling, and other factors. However, the benchmark results are good indicators of the processors' performance.
