Dell Inspiron 15R N5110 Overview

The Dell Inspiron 15R N5110 is a new version of the popular 15R 15.6-inch consumer notebook, which now features the latest generation Intel Core processors and interchangeable display lid.

The 15R N5110, also known as 15R-2nd Gen, comes with the Core i3-2310M 2.1GHz or i5-2410M 2.3GHz dual-core CPU with the integrated Intel 3000 HD graphics, optional AMD Radeon HD6470 video card, up to 6GB of RAM, and up to 640GB of hard drive storage. Optical drive choices include DVD burner, Blu-ray combo drive, or Blu-ray writer.

Its glossy screen has a resolution of 1366×768 pixels and LED backlight.

Dell’s latest Inspiron laptop also has a 720p HD web camera, mic, stereo speakers, Wi-Fi, optional Bluetooth and WiMAX, Ethernet LAN connector, two USB 3.0, one USB 2.0, and one USB 2.0/eSATA port, HDMI 1.4 port with capability to play 3D content on an external display, VGA output, optional Intel Wireless Display (WiDi) technology, and an 8-in-1 media card reader.

Weighing 5.84 pounds with the standard 6-cell battery, the notebook includes a black lid by default, but it can be easily replaced with other lids, available in 24 different colors and designs.

The Dell Inspiron 15R N5110 runs Windows 7 Home Premium or Professional OS and starts at $549.99 at the Dell online store.
