Although it doesn’t feature top-of-the-line video card options, the available Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 4GB and GTX 1050 Ti 4GB can provide very smooth gameplays in many games on the notebook’s native 1080p display resolution. The screen also features IPS wide viewing angles and thin bezels. It’s accompanied by a backlit keyboard. Besides the GeForce video cards, the Legion Y530 packs fast 8th Generation Intel Core i5-8300H quad-core or i7-8750H six core processor, up to 16GB of RAM, hard drive or solid state drive data storage or both SSD and HDD, and a 52.5 WHr battery. Hi, based on the official specs, some Y530 models have a 2.5″ HDD / SSD bay, while some have an M.2 slot with NVMe support. It’s not clear whether the 2.5″ variant also includes an M.2 slot which is listed as optional. If your model has an M.2 SSD than you can replace it with a 1TB M.2 module for sure.
