The HP Omen 17t 5VX46AV_1 \/ 7LG51AV_1<\/strong> is a 17.3-inch gaming laptop. Inside its chassis with gaming-oriented design and a backlit keyboard on it, the Omen 17t 5VX46AV_1 \/ 7LG51AV_1 packs gaming-class video card options by Nvidia and powerful Intel processor options.<\/p>\n

The 17.3″ screen provides either Full HD or very sharp 4K resolution, IPS wide viewing angles. For smoother displaying of games, movies, and other content, HP offers high refresh rate of 144 or 240 Hz options, as well as optional Nvidia G-Sync technology.<\/p>\n

For game rendering, the laptop uses the Nvidia GeForce video cards – the GTX 1650<\/a> 4GB as the basic option, somewhat faster GTX 1660 Ti<\/a> 6GB or one of the high-end RTX video cards – the RTX 2060<\/a> 6GB, RTX 2070<\/a> 8GB, and RTX 2080<\/a> 8GB. The i5-9300H and i7-9750H are standard processors for gaming and high-performance laptops, while the pricey i9-9880H option offers ultimate performance as the top-of-the-line chip.<\/p>\n

Customers can choose RAM sizes of up to 32 Gigabytes and various internal data storage device options. You can get hard drive plus solid state drive configurations or pure solid state drive storage for the best performance. Also, 16GB and 32GB Intel Optane memory options can improve storage devices’ performance.<\/p>\n

The Omen 17t features a large 70 WHr battery. Since its gaming components and big screen require more power than the standard ones, you can’t expect a great battery life.<\/p>\n

As for the differences between the 5VX46AV_1 and 7LG51AV_1 SKUs, they are not overly important. The 5VX46AV_1 and 7LG51AV_1 are basically the same laptop, but with different starting configurations on the official HP Store. The basic 5VX46AV_1 features the Core i5 processor, GeForce GTX 1650 video card, 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD.
