The Acer Nitro 5 Spin NP515-51-56DL is an 2-in-1 convertible laptop which stands out with its excellent gaming capabilities. This higher-end 2-in-1 boasts a 15.6″ touch display with sharp Full HD resolution and IPS wide viewing angles. The touch-screen is held by a pair of 360-degree rotating hinges. It is accompanied by a backlit keyboard.

Inside the black aluminum chassis with red accents and a sleek 0.7″ profile, the 4.9-pound Acer Nitro 5 Spin NP515-51-56DL packs the powerful 8th Generation Intel Core i5-8250U quad-core processor paired with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 4GB dedicated video card. The GTX 1050 is a mid-range dedicated GPU solution, but it can run all the popular and hardware demanding game titles with reduced graphics detail quality in some of them. Furthermore, the NP515-51-56DL has 8GB of RAM, which is enough for most modern games. For file storage and game and program installations, the notebook provides two drives: a fast 256GB solid state drive, and a capacious 1-Terabyte hard drive.

The included 4-cell 3220 mAh battery, is good for “up to 10 hours” of battery life. But, please keep in mind that heavier computing loads like gameplay can drain the battery much faster.

The laptop also stands out with its built-in subwoofer speaker besides the standard pair of stereo speakers and built-in fingerprint reader.
