The Alienware 17 (2015 editon) is Dell’s 17.3-inch gaming laptop, packing ultimate performance in a gamer-centric chassis with colorful backlight elements and alien-inspired style. The 17 comes with quad-core Intel i7 Haswell processor options, Nvidia’s top-of-the-line video card choices, namely the GeForce GTX 980 and GTX 970, and Full HD display with optional touch support. The Alienware 17 has large storage and RAM capacities too. It comes with a traditional hard drive plus a solid state drive, with up to 1-Terabyte and up to 512 Gigabytes, respectively. For better sound, there’s a built-in subwoofer alongside stereo speakers.

Optionally, customers can purchase the Alienware Graphics Amplifier, which is basically an external chassis you can put a desktop graphics card in and connect it to the notebook to boost graphics performance.
