The Intel Core i3-N305 processor was released in 2023. However, it is based on the older 12th Gen Core U series “Alder Lake” architecture from 2021 / 2022. The i3-N305 is a kind of lower-performance version of the 12th Gen i3-1215U released in early 2022.
