HP 15t 7DF84AV_1 / 8QQ67AV_1 (2019) Affordable 15.6″ Laptop
The HP 15t 7DF84AV_1 / 8QQ67AV_1 (2019) is a member of the affordable HP 15 laptop series.
As the main drawback, this budget laptop lacks IPS screen technology for wide viewing angles. The basic screen resolution is HD, but sharper Full HD is also available. The HD variant provides optional touch-screen functionality.
As for performance, the HP 15t 7DF84AV_1 / 8QQ67AV_1 is a very good machine. It’s equipped with the latest 2019 10th Generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors – the i5-1035G1 with Intel UHD (G1) integrated graphics and i7-1065G7 with Intel Iris Plus integrated graphics. Both are excellent processors, which can effortlessly handle all regular home and office tasks. They can be also used for more demanding tasks like video editing. Choosing the pricier i7-1065G7 variant doesn’t make much sense if you do only routine home and office duties, but it can be handy during the heavier tasks. Also, its Iris Plus integrated graphics is noticeably better than the UHD G1 of the i5-1035G1, so the i7 option is better for gaming. Nevertheless, they are both basic graphics processors capable of running mostly lighter games and some heavier titles with dialed down in-game detail settings. Although it is a budget-friendly, the HP 15t 7DF84AV_1 / 8QQ67AV_1 comes only with fast solid state drive storage for extra system snappiness, as opposed to older, slower, and cheaper hard drive storage. The SSD capacity is up to 1 Terabyte. System memory RAM size options are 12GB and 16GB, surpassing the common 8GB size in the most of similar laptops. 8GB is already enough for seamless multi-tasking during regular laptop usage.
As for the differences between the 7DF84AV_1 and 8QQ67AV_1 SKUs, it’s worth noting that they are basically the same laptop. These SKUs are sold on the official HP Store. The difference is that they have different starting configurations. The 7DF84AV_1 has the i5 processor, 12GB RAM, and a 256GB SSD as the basic choices, while the pricier 8QQ67AV_1 starts with the i7 chip, 16GB RAM, and a 512GB SSD.
Both variants provide optional keyboard backlight and come with a medium-capacity 41 WHr battery.
With these specs, the HP 15t 7DF84AV_1 / 8QQ67AV_1 is similar to the somewhat pricier 2019 HP Pavilion 15t 6WU81AV_1 with optional IPS wide viewing angles and dedicated video card for improved gaming performance.

I wasn’t able to find info for these exact models. But in maintenance manuals of several similar HP 15 models from 2019 and relevant HP 15 equivalent with AMD processors, I have found that they have a single fan (for the processor and its integrated graphics). The only exception are HP 15 configurations that have a dedicated video card (GeForce MX250) besides the Intel integrated graphics. They have separate fans for the processor and for the video card.
