Lenovo ThinkPad E550 15.6″ Business Notebook
The Lenovo ThinkPad E550 notebook PC is designed for small business users. It features a 15.6-inch display and Intel’s latest 5th Generation Intel Core Broadwell processor. The L550 has either 1080p or 720p screen resolution, depending on configuration, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 1-Terabyte of hard drive space. As extra features, the notebook optionally provides AMD Radeon R7 260 dedicated video card besides the standard Intel HD 5500 integrated GPU, as well as the RealSense 3D camera. However, Lenovo’s E550 lacks some features found on the higher-end T-series counterpart, the T550, such as dual-battery solution called PowerBridge, fingerprint and SmartCard readers, or support for the traditional ThinkPad notebook docks.
The ThinkPad E550 has a dedicated numeric pad on the keyboard, and the TrackPoint pointing stick alongside the standard trackpad.
The device has a battery life of up to nine hours with the default 48 Whr battery.
