Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 with Windows 13-Inch

The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 with Windows 13-Inch is the largest member of the Yoga Tablet 2 family, which also includes 10″ and 8″ versions. Alongside the bigger 13.3″ display, the slate delivers a better screen resolution than on the smaller siblings: 2560 x 1440 instead of 1920×1200.

The Yoga Tablet 2 series sports an innovative design with a kickstand, which enables the device to stand or hang, and cylinder-shaped battery. The 13.3-inch model is no exception. Obviously, it is larger and heavier, weighing in at 2.3 pounds without the keyboard which is included in the package. Weight is the main drawback in comparison to the much lighter 10-inch 1.4-pound variant.

All three versions feature IPS wide viewing angle technology and are based on the Intel Atom “Bay Trail” Z3745 processor. The 13-Inch is better equipped, since it has 4GB of RAM memory instead of 2GB, and 64GB of internal storage instead of 32GB. Overall, enough power for the basic tasks of the average user who surfs the web, edits Office documents, and watches movies. Sound is delivered through frontal stereo speakers enhanced with large chambers and Dolby Audio technology.

Lenovo has omitted the rear camera you can find on the smaller models. There’s only a camera on the front, with a 1.6MP sensor. The tablet also has Wi-Fi 802.11n and Bluetooth connections, a microSD memory card reader, micro HDMI video port, micro USB port, and a combo audio jack.

The battery life is up to 15 hours, according to Lenovo’s estimation.
