Here’s how you can remove the weather and news widget from the Taskbar in Windows 11.
- Right-click on empty space on the Taskbar and click on the Taskbar settings option.
- On the Taskbar settings window, turn the Widgets toggle button off.
That’s it.
You can also move the Start button and taskbar icons from the center of the taskbar to the location of the widget on the left side.
