The HP 14z 3UN17AV_1 (2018) 14-inch budget-class Windows 10 laptop has a very low starting price of $199.99. This highly customizable model sold on HP Store offers a wide range of AMD processor options, instead of more common Intel chips. Hi, it is still a very basic laptop, I can’t tell whether it’s good for you. It’s decent for the basic everyday tasks, but not a fast computer and it has a low-end screen. Nevertheless, newer 2019 laptops from the same budget category aren’t much different nor better, so yeah it is still a decent entry-level laptop in 2019.
